Growing up in a tropical country, I didn’t have the chance to experience the four different seasons that other countries have. We only experience two. Summer and stormy season. Naturally, I was excited for my first winter vacation in Japan. I was looking forward to feel the cold and see snow for the first time. It’s not as expensive as the other brands and not dirt cheap as well that it would make you doubt if its even effective at all. It also stood out because it looked a little different from all the other moisturisers packaged in bottles. This one is packaged in kind of like a small tub.

When I got home, I opened it up and tried it on instantly. There was a slight sting when I applied it because my face was too dry at that point but the sting soon faded away after a few seconds. I only needed a small amount to cover my whole face so the thrifty person in me was extra pleased to know that it would last longer than what I originally thought. It also didn’t have an oily feeling and dried immediately after about minute or so. Maybe even less. I put some on my face again before going to bed and when I woke up in the morning, I noticed that my skin had improved. It has a watery gel texture and it’s also so light that I can put some on before applying make up.

After around 3 days of constantly massaging my face with the Naturie Hatomugi every chance I get, my skin was better than before. My face became smooth to the touch, my skin became bouncy and overall radiant. It was in a much better shape. I still use it up until now and apply it during the morning and right before I go to bed. I’ve been using it daily for 2 months already and I still have more than half of it. I’m very pleased to have bought this product and will definitely purchase it again.
